製作說明
- 在攪拌機中加入醬油、芝麻油、辣椒醬、大蒜、薑、蔥、楓糖漿、米酒醋和黑胡椒。攪拌至混合物相對順滑。

- 烹調前 1 小時將牛排從冰箱中取出,使其達到室溫。
- 將烤架或烤盤預熱至高溫。
- 將醃好的牛排放在燒熱的烤架上,中熟牛排每面烤 2 分鐘。視需要調整烹調時間,中熟牛排每面烹調約 3 分鐘,全熟牛排每面烹調約 5 分鐘。
- 將牛排從烤架上取下,靜置 5 分鐘後即可食用。

- 4 ribeye steaks
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp toasted sesame oil
- 1 tbsp chili paste
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 cm fresh ginger, peeled and chopped
- 1 bunch spring onions, chopped
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
製作說明:
- In a blender, combine the soy sauce, sesame oil, chili paste, garlic, ginger, spring onions, maple syrup, rice wine vinegar, and black pepper. Blend until the mixture is relatively smooth.
- Place the ribeye steaks in a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the steaks, making sure they are all well coated. Cover the dish and refrigerate for 2 hours, or up to overnight for more intense flavor.
- Remove the steaks from the refrigerator 1 hour before cooking to allow them to come to room temperature.
- Preheat a grill or grill pan to high heat.
- Place the marinated steaks on the hot grill and cook for 2 minutes per side for medium-rare. Adjust the cooking time as desired, about 3 minutes per side for medium and 5 minutes per side for well-done.
- Remove the steaks from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
