如何用韓國醃料烹製黑安格斯肋眼牛排?

澳洲特級黑安格斯肋眼牛排(蘇格蘭菲力,MS 2+,~2.5CM,400G)

原料:

4 x 澳大利亞優質黑安格斯肋眼牛排(蘇格蘭菲力,MS 2+,~2.5CM,400G)
2湯匙醬油
2 湯匙 烤芝麻油
1湯匙辣椒醬,(可選)
3 瓣大蒜,切碎
2 厘米新鮮生薑,去皮切碎
1 束蔥
2 湯匙 楓糖漿
2 湯匙 米酒醋
½ 茶匙 黑胡椒粉

方法:

1. 將牛排放入淺盤中備用。
2. 將所有剩餘的原料放入攪拌機中攪拌至相對光滑。把醃料倒在牛排上,確保它們都塗得很好
3.放入冰箱醃製2小時左右,也可以放一晚醃製。
4. 在烹飪前 1 小時將牛排從冰箱中取出,使其達到室溫。
5. 將牛排放在熱燒烤架上直接加熱,每面烤 2 分鐘,半熟。如果你喜歡中等大小,每邊多加一分鐘,如果做得好,每邊煮 5 分鐘。
6. 從火上移開並靜置 5 分鐘。提示:如果您在爐灶上的熱煎鍋中製作這些,烹飪時間是相同的。
