如何準備雞肉和香腸意大利面?

原料:

1 包歐盟無激素雞胸肉(去皮和去骨,1 公斤)- 切成薄片
1 包英國優質傳統豬肉香腸(6 根香腸,400 克)
3 杯嫩菠菜
3湯匙橄欖油
3茶匙蒜末
½ 茶匙鹽 - 或品嚐
¼ 茶匙黑胡椒粉 - 或少許胡椒粉
8 盎司通心粉——煮熟瀝乾
½ 杯濃奶油 - 或半杯和半杯清淡的選擇
3 湯匙磨碎的帕瑪森芝士 - 可選

方法:

1. 在一個 2 英寸深的大平底鍋上淋上橄欖油。
2. 將雞肉、香腸、菠菜和大蒜加入鍋中。
