The Cumberland sausage is deliciously salty in aroma and juicy, with a slightly herb-speckled appearance, these Cumberland sausages have remained a popular choice for a fine roast, barbecue, or the perfect breakfast fry up that you always crave. These days Cumberland sausage makes a great accompaniment for any barbecue. It's a most popular sausage for any meal with flavours of herbs and black pepper.

Produced in the heart of Yorkshire using prime cuts of British pork for great traditional flavour.   One of the characteristics of our sausages is they are made using natural sausage casing.  These sausages are a perfect addition to a casserole or pasta but can simply be enjoyed on their own.
