Aussie Meat Loyalty Program

1. What is the VIPoints Loyalty & Rewards Program?

The VIPoints program is Aussie Meat’s loyalty program designed to reward our customers for every purchase, social media engagement, and referral. You earn points with every HKD you spend, and you can redeem them for discounts on future orders.

2. How do I join the VIPoints program?

To join, follow these steps:

  1. Click on the VIPoints icon at the bottom left of the website.
  2. If you have an account, click Sign in. If not, click Join to create your account and start earning VIPoints.

3. How can I earn VIPoints?

There are several ways to earn VIPoints:

  • Place an order: 1 VIPoint for every HKD 1 spent.
  • On your 10th order: Get a bonus of 1000 VIPoints.
  • Leave a product review with a photo: Earn 100 VIPoints.
  • Celebrate your birthday: Enjoy 1000 VIPoints on your special day.
  • Follow or Like us on social media: Get 100 VIPoints each for liking our Facebook page, sharing on Facebook, following us on Instagram, or following us on Twitter.
  • Facebook/Google Review: Leave a 5-star Facebook or Google review with a photo and get 500 VIPoints! 
  • Refer a friend: Your friend will receive HKD100 off, and you'll enjoy HKD50 off your next purchase.

4. How do I refer a friend and earn rewards?

  1. Click the VIPoints icon at the bottom left of the website.
  2. Click Earn Aussie Meat VIPoints and then select Refer a Friend.
  3. Share your unique referral link via email or social media.
  4. Your friend will receive HKD100 OFF their first purchase, and you will get HKD50 OFF your next purchase once they complete their purchase.

5. How can I redeem my VIPoints?

You can redeem your VIPoints as follows:

  • 1 VIPoint equals a HKD1 discount.
  • For example, if you have 400 VIPoints, you’ll get a HKD10 discount on your next order.

6. Do VIPoints expire?

Yes, VIPoints expire in 6 months from the date they are earned. You will receive an email notification 1.5 months before they expire, so you’ll have plenty of time to use them.

7. Can I combine VIPoints with other promotions?

VIPoints can generally be used with most promotions, but we recommend checking the terms of each promotion to see if any exclusions apply.
