Aussie Meat brings Michelin‑grade meat, seafood, wine, and BBQ grills directly to your home or office across Hong Kong. Simply place your order by midday to enjoy next‑day delivery from Tuesday to Saturday (excluding public holidays).
Delivery Hours & Charges

Delivery windows: Tuesday to Saturday, with time slots from 9 am – 1 pm and 1 pm – 7 pm.

Order deadline: Place your order before 12 pm for the earliest next‑day delivery or choose a later date that suits you.

Advance scheduling: Orders can be made up to 30 days ahead of time.

Free delivery: Enjoy free meat and seafood delivery on orders over HK$800; otherwise, a delivery fee of HK$80 applies.

Separate deliveries: Delivery charges don’t apply to BBQ grills, outdoor furnishings, parasols, heaters and mist fans, which are delivered separately.
Order Processing & Cut‑Offs

Orders placed after 12 pm on Friday through to before 12 pm Monday are delivered on Tuesday, or the next available delivery day if Tuesday is a public holiday.

We process your orders fresh when we return from the weekend or public holidays to ensure premium quality before dispatching them in refrigerated trucks.
Delivery Partnership
We’ve partnered with SF‑Express Cold Chain to deliver our Michelin Star‑quality meat and ocean‑catch seafood in chilled/frozen trucks to your home or office. You can track your order online, and the driver will call to confirm delivery before arrival. For service areas, please refer to SF‑Express delivery information.
Where We Deliver
We deliver to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, the New Territories, and Lantau Island/South Lantau Island, excluding restricted areas.

In Kowloon, we do not deliver to Temple Hill (Shatin Pass Road to Kwun Yum Temple), Lei Yue Mun Praya Road, or any country parks.

In Clearwater Bay, we deliver everywhere except Tai Miu.

In Sai Kung and Tai Po, we deliver everywhere except Pa Tam Chung, Hoi Ha Wan and Sheung Wan Est.

In other parts of the New Territories, we do not deliver to these remote locations: Lo Wu, Sha Tau Kok, Man Kam To, Ta Kwu Ling, Tsui Est, Luk Kiu, Mai Po, Lau Fau Shan, Lok Ma Chau, Lung Kwu Tan, Lin Au, Plover Cove or Fa Sam Hang.

Non‑delivery days: Sundays, Mondays, public holidays and the day after public holidays.

Weather delays: Deliveries are suspended during Black Rain or Typhoon 8 warnings; they resume when conditions improve.

Alcohol Delivery
We also deliver wine and beer to Hong Kong and Kowloon, the New Territories and outlying islands, including South Lantau Island from Tuesday to Saturday. For islands such as Cheung Chau, Mui Wo and Lamma Island, delivery is made to the Central piers only.
Receiving Your Delivery

Provide your correct shipping address and phone number so we can reach you.

Ensure someone is available to receive and sign for the delivery.

If no one is present, your order will return to our cold storage facility; a HK$200 re‑delivery fee applies and we cannot guarantee freshness.

Amending delivery details: Once the waybill is generated, our delivery partners charge HK$25 per order to change delivery details.
