HOW TO PREPARE THE FAMILY FAVOURITE BBQ SAUSAGE IN A BUN?

 UK PREMIUM TRADITIONAL PORK SAUSAGES (6 SAUSAGES, 400G)

Preparation Time: 10 mins / Cook Time: 15/18 mins / Serving: 6

Ingredients:

1 x pack UK PREMIUM TRADITIONAL PORK SAUSAGES (6 SAUSAGES, 400G)
6 x Hot Dog Buns
1 red pepper, sliced
1 green pepper, sliced
1 onion, sliced
1 cup (250 mL) tomato sauce, heated
6 slices cheese or cheese of your choice

Method:

1. Lay sausages on an oiled barbecue grill over a solid bed of hot coals or high heat on a gas grill (alternatively use a frying pan coated with a little oil; close lid on gas grill.

2. Grill sausages for 15 to 18 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through. Meanwhile, grill red pepper, green pepper and onion slices for 2 to 3 minutes per side or until well marked and tender. Remove vegetables and sausages when cooked.
3. Assemble the bun with sausage and sliced vegetables add cheese on the top. Place under grill to melt the cheese if required.
