HOW TO PREPARE CHILLI AND GARLIC MARINATED PRAWNS STIR-FRY?

Ingredients:
1 x OCEAN CATCH AUSTRALIAN PRAWNS MARINATED IN CHILLI AND GARLIC (250G PER PACK) | NEW 125g dried rice noodles 2 Tbsp sunflower oil 1 red onion, peeled and sliced 1 bell pepper, deseeded and cut into strips 2 bok choi heads, quartered lengthways and chopped 1 Tbsp palm sugar SAUCE MIX 2 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Chilli Garlic Sauce 1 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Premium Dark Soy Sauce
Method:
1. Soak the rice noodles in hot water, then drain well. 2. Heat the oil in the wok over high heat. Stir-fry the chilli and garlic prawns. Add the red onion & cook for 4 minutes. 3. Add the bell pepper & chopped bok choi. Sprinkle the palm sugar, stir well. 4. Add in the sauce mix & combine with the ingredients. 5. Serve immediately with the rice noodles.
