如何準備經典澳洲燒烤雞胸肉三明治?

澳洲天然雞胸肉(去皮去骨,400克)

原料:

2 x 澳大利亞天然雞胸肉(去皮和去骨,400 克)
1 個大的棕色洋蔥,切成薄片
1 湯匙 橄欖油
4 個培根切片,切碎,切半
320 克 pkt 奶油蛋捲漢堡麵包,分開
8 橡木生菜葉
2 個西紅柿,切片
225 克甜菜根片,瀝乾
燒烤醬,服務

方法:

1. 將燒烤平板或炭烤架預熱至中火。煮雞肉,每邊 4-5 分鐘或直到煮熟。轉移到盤子裡,蓋上箔紙以保暖。
2. 同時,在洋蔥上淋上油。在平板上烹飪,偶爾攪拌 5 分鐘或直到洋蔥變軟並呈金黃色。將培根放在平板上,每面煎 2 分鐘,或煎至金黃色。
3. 將奶油蛋捲切面朝下放在烤盤上烤 20 秒或直至呈金黃色。將奶油蛋捲底座放在盤子上。上面放生菜、雞肉、西紅柿、培根、甜菜根和洋蔥。淋上燒烤醬,再淋上奶油蛋捲。甜薯片。
