如何用檸檬羅勒醬製作碎澳洲肺魚?

原料:

4 條 OCEAN CATCH 澳洲肺魚片去骨帶皮
1 湯匙橄欖油,或根據需要

麵包屑面層:
1杯乾麵包屑
½ 茶匙海鮮調味料(如 Old Bay® )
½ 茶匙大蒜粉
½ 茶匙洋蔥粉
½ 茶匙檸檬皮屑
1 撮干百里香

檸檬黃油羅勒醬:
1 杯融化的黃油
¼ 杯檸檬汁
¼杯白葡萄酒
2 湯匙切碎的新鮮羅勒,或品嚐

方法:

1. 將烤箱預熱至 375 華氏度(190 攝氏度)。
2. 用橄欖油刷魚。
3. 將麵包屑、海鮮調味料、蒜粉、洋蔥粉、檸檬皮和百里香混合在一個碗裡。在麵包屑混合物中壓魚以覆蓋所有面。將塗有塗層的魚放在烤盤上。
4.放入預熱好的烤箱烤10分鐘。翻轉魚並繼續烘烤,直到魚很容易用叉子剝落,大約 10 分鐘。
