簡單的煎大比目魚排食譜

品嚐我們多汁的格陵蘭大比目魚,以大蒜和檸檬醃漬,搭配炒蔬菜。這道令人愉悅的菜餚最適合特別的場合!
材料
製作說明
- 在淺盤中混合蒜頭、檸檬汁、葡萄酒和橄欖油。加入比目魚排,翻面塗勻,醃 20-30 分鐘。
- 在不沾鍋中加入 1 湯匙橄欖油,以中火加熱。
- 從醃料中取出比目魚,以鹽和胡椒調味,在平底鍋中煎至金黃色,每面約 3-5 分鐘。
- 在平底鍋中加入黃油,待其融化後用湯匙塗在魚上。
- 用剩餘的油翻炒茄子片、蘆筍和車厘茄,然後與比目魚一起上桌。可選擇用檸檬和塔塔醬來裝飾。
