    如何製作檸檬黃油醬魚?

    材料:

    • 4片真鯛魚柳
    • 1/4杯(35克)調味普通麵粉
    • 60克黃油
    • 1/2顆檸檬汁
    • 2湯匙切細的香菜
    • 搭配蒸土豆、蒸四季豆食用
    • 每份熱量 1200 kJ,脂肪 14 克,飽和脂肪 8 克

    製作說明:

    1. 用廚房紙巾將魚柳擦乾,均勻裹上調味麵粉,輕輕抖掉多餘的麵粉。
    2. 在一個大平底鍋中,用中火融化一半的黃油。當黃油開始起泡時,加入魚柳,每面煎2分鐘,直到熟透並呈金黃色。將魚柳取出,放在已加熱的盤子上。
    3. 將剩餘的黃油和檸檬汁加入鍋中,將火調至高火,攪拌1分鐘,直到充分混合。加入香菜攪拌均勻。
    4. 將檸檬黃油醬淋在魚柳上,搭配蒸土豆和四季豆一起享用。
