如何準備大蒜奶油豬肉法式切排?
材料:
製作說明:
- 將豬排兩面均勻撒上鹽和研磨黑胡椒調味。
- 用中高火加熱平底鍋,加入食用油、融化的黃油和百里香。將豬排放入鍋中,每面煎約3分鐘,或直到表面呈淡金黃色。
- 將大蒜加入鍋中,繼續翻轉豬排,並翻炒大蒜,直到大蒜呈淡金黃色。加入一撮鹽調味。
- 從火上取下豬排,立即搭配檸檬角一起上桌享用。
