- 4 塊豬排(約 1/2 吋厚)

- 1 杯紅椒粉(Paprika)
- 3 又 1/2 湯匙糖
- 1/2 茶匙洋蔥粉(重複標示,保持一致即可)
烤肉醬
- 2 杯番茄醬
- 1 杯水
- 6 湯匙紅糖
- 5 湯匙白糖
- 1 又 1/2 茶匙現磨黑胡椒
- 1 又 1/2 茶匙洋蔥粉
- 1 又 1/2 茶匙乾芥末粉
- 1 又 1/2 茶匙紅椒粉(Paprika)
- 半顆檸檬,擠汁
- 1 茶匙伍斯特醬
- 1/2 杯蘋果醋
- 1 茶匙玉米糖漿(淡色)
製作說明
- 將調味粉均勻塗抹在每塊豬排上。將豬排放入大型冷凍安全塑膠袋中。倒入 2 杯烤肉醬於袋內。在冰箱中醃漬 8 小時。
- 將豬排放在烤架上烤至內部溫度達到華氏 160 度。上桌前再次塗抹烤肉醬於豬排上。
- 將所有調味粉材料放入小碗中混合均勻。
- 將所有醬汁材料放入大型平底鍋或荷蘭鍋中。
- 用大火加熱至沸騰,並頻繁攪拌以防止粘鍋。
- 醬汁煮沸後,轉小火,蓋開蓋子,慢燉至少 2 小時。
