如何準備檸檬酸豆黑鱈魚搭配花椰菜與馬鈴薯?
材料:
製作說明:
- 預熱烤箱至 450°F(230°C),在帶邊的烤盤上噴上烹飪噴霧。
- 在大碗中,將 馬鈴薯和花椰菜 與 1 湯匙橄欖油 和 ¼ 茶匙鹽 拌勻。將其轉移到準備好的烤盤上,放入烤箱烘烤,中途翻拌一次,直到變軟,約 20 至 25 分鐘。
- 同時,用廚房紙巾擦乾黑鱈魚,並用剩下的 ¼ 茶匙鹽和黑胡椒 調味。在大不沾鍋中,以 中火 加熱 1 湯匙橄欖油,加入 酸豆,煎至金黃(約 1 至 2 分鐘)。用濾網勺將酸豆取出,放在廚房紙上瀝油,鍋內保留橄欖油。
