材料:

  • 600克 (1.3磅) Monkfish 魚柳,切成適口大小的塊
  • 調味麵粉,用來裹魚塊
  • 150克 (10大匙) 牛油
  • 1顆小洋蔥,切碎
  • 1顆橙的橙皮屑和2顆橙的橙汁
  • 30毫升 (2大匙) 蜂蜜
  • 1顆生菜,撕成絲
  • 2顆橙,去皮並分成瓣

製作說明:

  1. 將鱸魚清洗並用廚房紙巾擦乾。將魚放入塑膠袋中,加入麵粉,搖晃均勻裹上麵粉。
  2. 在一個大煎鍋中,融化60克(4大匙)牛油。加入鱸魚,煎6-8分鐘,直到兩面金黃且熟透。將魚從鍋中取出並保持溫熱。
  3. 在同一鍋中加入剩餘的牛油,將小洋蔥炒3-4分鐘,直到變軟。加入蜂蜜、橙皮屑和橙汁,攪拌均勻,繼續煮2-3分鐘,直到醬汁呈現適合淋醬的濃稠度。
  4. 將生菜分配到4個盤子中,將魚塊和橙瓣擺放在上面,將醬汁單獨盛放在旁邊。
