- 300 克蒸熟的布爾格小麥(Bulgur wheat)

製作說明
- 將雞肉放入可密封袋中,加入石榴糖漿、大蒜和辣椒。用鹽和黑胡椒調味,然後將雞肉在袋中攪拌均勻,確保雞肉完全裹上醃料。放入冰箱醃製至少 2 小時,最好過夜。
- 當準備烹調時,將烤箱預熱至 200°C(風扇模式 180°C),並準備蔬菜。將紅蘿蔔、防風草根與紅洋蔥放入大烤盤中,並灑上橄欖油。用鹽和黑胡椒調味,並拌勻。將烤盤中央留出空間,放入雞肉和醃料。
- 放入烤箱中烘烤 50 分鐘至 1 小時,直到雞肉完全熟透,用針插入大腿最厚部位時,汁液清澈流出。此時蔬菜也應該變軟。距離烹調結束約 10 分鐘時,將雞肉刷上石榴糖漿,然後放回烤箱繼續烘烤。
- 將雞肉取出放在砧板上,並用鋁箔紙蓋住。將煮熟的布爾格小麥加入烤盤中的蔬菜,並拌勻,讓小麥完全吸收蔬菜的汁液。
- 將雞肉切成胸肉、大腿、腿部和翅膀,並將它們擺放在布爾格小麥上。將整個烤盤直接端上桌,讓賓客自取。
