AUSTRALIAN PREMIUM HUON SALMON WHOLE FILLET SKIN-ON

Ingredients:
For Salmon:
- 1 whole salmon fillet with skin on
- Salt & pepper for seasoning
- 1 tablespoon oil
For Dressing:
- 2 cloves of crushed garlic
- 3 tablespoons of white vinegar
- 2 tablespoons of sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons of lime juice
For Salad:
- 1/2 sliced cucumber
- 1 sliced avocado
- 100g coriander
- 200g watercress
- 500g edamame cooked & lightly salted
- rosemary
- red onions sliced into 1/2 inches
- box of cherry cocktail tomatoes cut into half
Instructions:
- Pat salmon with paper towel so it is dry
- Heat up frying pan by medium fire and put oil in, add in salmon with skin side down, cook for 3 minutes & flip to cook the other side for 2 minutes. Set aside
- Mix well all dressing in a small bowl, set aside
- In a large bowl add in all salad ingredients, put the cooked salmon fillets on the top, add in the mixed dressing & ready to serve!
