製作說明
- 在一個小的厚底鍋中,加入米、水、1 茶匙油和鹽。
- 以大火煮沸,直到大部分水分蒸發。當水位接近米面時,轉小火並蓋上鍋蓋煮約 20 分鐘。
- 關火後繼續保持蓋著,再靜置 5 分鐘。
- 在中等大小的碗中,將切碎的香菜、萊姆汁、米飯和剩餘的油混合,輕輕拌勻。
- 與鹽胡椒波羅魚柳一同享用。
