如何準備簡單的烤鴨腿?

準備時間:10分鐘

原料:

  • 1 條油封鴨腿
  • 4瓣蒜片
  • 1/2 洋蔥 切成小塊
  • 2湯匙酸橙汁
  • 迷迭香
  • 1-2 個大土豆,去皮切成塊(約 1 英寸)

指示:

  1. 讓鴨腿在室溫下靜置30分鐘
  2. 用紙巾擦乾鴨腿
  3. 烤箱預熱到190度
  4. 把鴨腿皮朝上放在烤盤上,在鴨腿旁邊放上土豆、洋蔥和迷迭香,這樣烤的時候鴨油會蓋住土豆
  5. 烤15分鐘
  6. 休息5分鐘,準備發球!
