材料

  • 4 片 豬脖排
  • 2 湯匙 橄欖油
  • 2 瓣 大蒜,拍碎
  • 1/2 茶匙 鹽與黑胡椒

製作說明

  1. 用廚房紙巾把豬排擦乾。
  2. 將橄欖油、鹽和黑胡椒均勻地塗抹在豬排的兩面。
  3. 將煎鍋預熱至中大火。
  4. 加入橄欖油,等油熱至微微冒煙。
  5. 放入豬排,每面煎 3 至 4 分鐘,直到一面呈金黃酥脆,再翻面煎至另一面也呈金黃酥脆。
