慢燉牛肉與西蘭花食譜

材料
製作說明
- 在慢燉鍋內鍋中攪拌均勻:將牛肉高湯、醬油、芝麻油、蒜末和紅糖混合攪拌。
- 將牛肉片放入液體中並拌勻,確保每片都均勻裹上醬汁。
- 蓋上鍋蓋,以低溫燉煮 4 小時。
- 4 小時後,在小碗中將玉米粉與水攪拌均勻。
- 將玉米粉水倒入慢燉鍋中,加入花椰菜,輕輕攪拌混合。
- 再度蓋上鍋蓋,繼續燉煮 30 分鐘,直到花椰菜熟透且醬汁變濃稠。搭配熱白飯享用。
