  • 2 磅 豬肋排
  • 1 湯匙 鹽
  • 1 湯匙 莳蘭種子,輾碎
  • 1 湯匙 鼠尾草葉
  • 1 湯匙 茴香種子,輾碎
  • 1 湯匙 香菜粉
  • 1 湯匙 新鮮迷迭香葉,切碎
  • 1 湯匙 西班牙辣椒粉
  • 1 湯匙 大蒜粉
  • 1 湯匙 乾燥紅蔥頭

製作說明

  1. 將所有香草和香料混合,然後均勻地擦在豬肋排上。放入冰箱過夜,然後在 300-325°F(約 150-160°C)的烤箱中烤 2 1/2 小時。
