材料

  • 700 克 菲力牛排塊
  • 1 湯匙 橄欖油
  • 2 湯匙 奶油
  • 2 茶匙 剁碎大蒜
  • 鹽和胡椒,根據口味調整
  • 1 湯匙 剁碎的香菜

製作說明

  1. 在大平底鍋中以大火加熱橄欖油。將牛柳塊以鹽和黑胡椒調味。
  2. 將牛柳丁以單層方式放入鍋中(視鍋子大小可能需分批煎),煎3至4分鐘,偶爾翻動,直到表面呈現金黃色。若有剩餘肉塊,重複上述步驟。
  3. 加入牛油和蒜末,繼續煮1至2分鐘,攪拌均勻,讓肉均勻沾上醬汁。
  4. 灑上香芹碎,即可上桌享用。
