材料

  • 1 磅 生黃金虎蝦,解凍
  • 1/2 杯 奶油
  • 1 湯匙 植物油
  • 3 瓣 大蒜,壓碎
  • 1 顆 萊姆
  • 新鮮香菜,切碎

製作說明

  1. 把蝦沖洗乾淨,去頭後瀝乾水分。
  2. 在大平底鍋中加熱牛油與油,加入蒜頭,用小火炒約 2 至 3 分鐘。
  3. 加入青檸皮與青檸汁到鍋中。
  4. 持續攪拌再煮 1 分鐘。
  5. 加入蝦,煮約 2 至 3 分鐘,直到蝦變成粉紅色。
  6. 熄火後撒上香菜,即可上桌享用。
