材料
炒醬
製作說明
- 將牛肉與蒜末、魚露及一小撮鹽混合,拌勻備用。
- 將炒醬的所有材料在小碗中混合均勻。胡椒鹽的材料也放入另一小碗中拌勻,備用。
- 將蔥白部分切絲,紅洋蔥也切絲,一同備用。蔥綠部分切段,留待最後使用。
- 將西洋菜平鋪在大盤子上備用。
- 在炒鍋或大平底鍋中,以大火加熱油。加入牛肉混合物,將牛肉均勻鋪開,讓其煎煮 1 至 2 分鐘直到表面焦香,再翻面拌炒。加入紅洋蔥與蔥白絲再炒約 1 分鐘。
- 倒入事先調好的炒醬拌勻,再加入玉米粉水,略煮約 1 分鐘直到醬汁變濃且有光澤。加入蔥綠段略拌後,將牛肉盛放在鋪有西洋菜的盤子上。搭配胡椒鹽與一塊檸檬角,將檸檬汁擠入胡椒鹽中作為沾醬享用,搭配白飯食用。
