原料:
1 只歐盟無激素整雞 (1.3KG)
1 個小檸檬,切成兩半
1杯原味燒烤醬
1 茶匙。意大利乾調味料
2 瓣大蒜,去皮

方法:
1. 加熱燒烤架進行間接燒烤:點燃燒烤架的一側,讓另一側不亮。蓋上蓋子;將燒烤架加熱至 350ºF。
2. 修剪並丟棄雞身上多餘的脂肪。將檸檬汁擠入小碗中,保留檸檬的兩半。在檸檬汁中加入燒烤醬和調味料,拌勻。
3. 將 2 個檸檬瓣和大蒜瓣放入雞腔內。
4. 將雞放在未照明區域蓋上的格柵上。燒烤 1-1/2 到 2 小時或直到雞肉烤熟(內部 165°F 或汁液清澈),最後 20 分鐘偶爾用醬汁翻動和刷洗。食用前從雞肉中取出並丟棄檸檬片和大蒜。

  • 1 whole chicken
  • 1 small lemons, cut in half
  • 1 cup Original Barbecue Sauce
  • 1 tsp. dried Italian seasoning
  • 2 cloves garlic, peeled

製作說明

  1. Heat up the BBQ grill for indirect grilling: Light one side of BBQ grill, leaving other side unlit. Close lid
  2. heat BBQ grill to 350ºF.
  3. Trim & discard excess fat from chickens. Squeeze lemon juice into small bowl, save the lemon halves. Add barbecue sauce & seasoning to lemon juice, mix well.
  4. Place the 2 each lemon halves & garlic cloves inside the chicken cavity.
  5. Place chickens on the grate over the unlit area cover. Grill for1-1/2 to 2 hours or until chicken is done (165°F inside or juices running clear), turning & brushing occasionally with the sauce for the last 20 min. Remove & discard lemon halves & garlic from chickens before serving.
