烤大比目魚食譜

材料
- 2片(每片5盎司)無骨太平洋野生比目魚片(厚度約1.5英寸)
製作說明
- 將烤箱預熱至375ºF(約190°C)。
- 在一個大型不粘烤盤中,將比目魚皮朝下放入,並在魚片上淋上橄欖油。
- 均勻地撒上檸檬汁、麵包屑,並用鹽和胡椒調味。
- 烘烤15到17分鐘,根據魚片的厚度調整時間,或直到用叉子輕輕一試,比目魚容易撥開為止。
