如何準備燒烤拉鮭魚三明治?

原料:

1 x OCEAN CATCH 加拿大無骨帶皮紅鮭魚片,生魚片級(4 塊,400 克)
12 盎司涼拌捲心菜與調料混合
½ 杯燒烤醬,分開
2 湯匙 蒜泥
1 湯匙 橄欖油
4 個椒鹽脆餅麵包,分開

方法:

1. 將燒烤架預熱至中高溫;油脂篦好。準備涼拌捲心菜沙拉,等待燒烤加熱。
2. 將 1/4 杯燒烤醬、大蒜底料和油攪拌在一起。將鮭魚皮面朝下放在烤架上;在上面刷燒烤醬混合物。烤 5 到 7 分鐘或直到標記清晰。把魚翻過來;烤 3 到 5 分鐘,或者直到測試時鮭魚開始剝落。同時,將麵包烤 30 到 60 秒或直到稍微烤熟。
3.將三文魚轉移到碗中;去除皮膚。將鮭魚切成大塊;與剩餘的燒烤醬一起攪拌。
