如何準備咖哩椰子 HOKI 魚?

原料:

1 包海洋捕撈新西蘭無骨去皮無皮鱈魚片
3 茶匙磨碎的新鮮生薑
2 個檸檬,磨碎的果皮和果汁
1湯匙植物油
1個大洋蔥,切碎
1茶匙咖哩粉
1 茶匙薑黃粉
1 茶匙切碎和去籽的紅辣椒
1 根肉桂棒
400克罐裝椰奶

方法:

1. 將魚、姜、檸檬皮和果汁混合在一個非金屬碗中。蓋上蓋子並冷藏 20 分鐘。
2. 在不粘鍋中加熱油。加入洋蔥,煮至變軟。
3. 加入咖哩粉、薑黃、辣椒和肉桂棒,煮 30 秒。 4. 倒入椰漿,攪拌均勻。加入魚和醃料,文火慢燉 5-7 分鐘或直至煮熟。
