如何調製蔓越莓香檳雞尾酒?

原料:

1瓶香檳
4 盎司蔓越莓伏特加
1杯蔓越莓簡單醣漿
1 杯蔓越莓作為裝飾
糖迷迭香裝飾
4 滴雪碧或蘇打水

方法:

1. 將 1 杯完整的蔓越莓、1 杯甜味劑或糖和 1 杯水用低至中低溫加熱,直到糖溶解且蔓越莓開始爆裂,從而製成蔓越莓簡單醣漿。遠離熱源和應變,如果需要,保留蔓越莓。使用前讓液體在冰箱中冷藏一小時。
2. 將蔓越莓單醣漿與伏特加、保留的蔓越莓(如果需要,也可以使用新的完整蔓越莓)和香檳一起加入水罐中。攪拌結合。
