如何準備節日大蝦雞尾酒?

原料:

2 x OCEAN CATCH 優質澳大利亞特大虎蝦(每 500 克 6-8 只蝦,長 14 厘米)
200克蛋黃醬
50克番茄醬
1茶匙伍斯特沙司
1茶匙檸檬汁,加上檸檬角,服務
一大撮辣椒粉
2 個成熟的鱷梨,切片
2 顆小寶石生菜,切碎
一大撮卡宴來完成

方法:

1. 將一大鍋水燒開,放入蝦。煮約 3-4 分鐘,直至呈粉紅色並煮熟。蝦煮熟後瀝乾水分,攤在盤子裡冷卻。冷卻後,取出 6 隻大蝦的頭和殼,每隻切成 3 塊。如果您不想讓客人剝其他蝦的皮,您可以去掉這些蝦的頭和殼。
2. 與此同時,將蛋黃醬、番茄醬、辣醬油、檸檬汁和辣椒粉混合在碗中。用鹽和胡椒調味。鱷梨切片。
