如何準備節日暖身燉羊肉和土豆?
材料:
- 1 X 新西蘭優質草飼羊肩肉,烤結無骨(1.16 公斤起),切成 1 英寸塊
製作說明:
- 將羊肉切成約 1 英寸的塊。
- 在大砂鍋烤箱中用中高火加熱油。加入羊肉,四面煎至焦黃,10 分鐘。轉移到盤子裡。
- 在同一個鍋中,將洋蔥、胡蘿蔔和芹菜煮軟,持續 5 分鐘。用鹽和胡椒調味。加入大蒜、番茄醬、孜然和辣椒粉,煮至大蒜散發出香味,番茄醬變黑,2 分鐘。
- 將羊肉放回砂鍋中,然後加入肉湯、葡萄酒、伍斯特沙司、迷迭香和月桂葉。
- 煮沸後轉小火慢燉。用鹽和胡椒調味。蓋上蓋子,用文火煮至羊肉變軟,30 分鐘。
- 加入土豆,蓋上鍋蓋,煮 30 分鐘,直至土豆變軟,燉湯變濃稠。
- 上桌前去掉月桂葉和迷迭香,撒上歐芹。
