如何製作即食鍋亞洲風味牛小排?
材料:
- 1/4杯(1盎司/30克)切薄片的青蔥,白色和淺綠色部分,另備一些作為裝飾
- 3磅(1.5公斤)橫切牛小排,每片約1/2英寸(12毫米)厚
製作說明:
- 在即時鍋中,將芝麻油、大蒜、生薑、辣椒大蒜醬、1/4杯青蔥、蜂蜜、醬油和水混合。加入牛小排並攪拌均勻,讓牛小排均勻裹上醬汁。盡量將牛小排浸泡在液體中。
- 鎖上鍋蓋,將閥門轉到「密封」位置。設置即時鍋,以高壓煮20分鐘。
- 當壓力烹煮完成後,將閥門轉到「排氣」以手動釋放蒸氣。當蒸氣停止後,小心地打開鍋蓋。將牛小排轉移到盤子中,並用鋁箔輕輕覆蓋。
- 使用大湯匙撇去醬汁上的多餘脂肪。將即時鍋設置為「煮炒」,並將醬汁煮至約1杯(8盎司/250毫升),大約10分鐘。關閉火源,攪拌加入海鮮醬。將醬汁倒在牛小排上,撒上切片青蔥,即可立即享用。
