原料:

  • 8塊羊排
  • 2 大匙 橄欖油
  • 2 瓣蒜,壓碎
  • 1 顆檸檬的果皮和果汁磨碎
  • 1 大匙 辣椒粉
  • 2 湯匙 切碎的新鮮牛至或百里香
  • 1 大匙 透明蜂蜜
  • 海鹽和現磨黑胡椒
  • 搭配桃子和水果、軟乳酪和火箭葉,淋上少許橄欖油和檸檬汁

方法:

  1. 將橄欖油放入淺的非金屬盤中,加入大蒜、檸檬皮和果汁、辣椒粉、香草和蜂蜜。調味並攪拌至充分混合。
