如何用大蒜、檸檬和辣椒準備羊排?
材料:
- 搭配桃子和水果、軟乳酪和火箭葉,淋上少許橄欖油和檸檬汁
製作說明:
- 將橄欖油放入淺的非金屬盤中,加入大蒜、檸檬皮和果汁、辣椒粉、香草和蜂蜜。調味並攪拌至充分混合。
- 加入羊肉,翻面,裹上羊肉,然後如果時間允許,用保鮮膜在冰箱中放置至少 10 分鐘或最多 24 小時。醃製的時間越長,味道越好。
