如何製作橙皮蜜餞烤豬肉香腸?

材料:

  • 12 根您選擇的香腸
  • 1 1/2 湯匙 特級初榨橄欖油
  • 150 克 橙皮蜜餞,稍微加熱
  • 110 毫升 蘋果醋
  • 2 顆紅洋蔥,切成楔形
  • 3 顆梨,切成楔形
  • 1 湯匙 全麥芥末
  • 1 顆大蒜,橫向對半切
  • 醃黃瓜和莳蘿枝,供搭配食用

製作說明:

  1. 預熱烤箱至 220˚C,並將一個大烤盤塗抹油脂。
  2. 將橄欖油、香腸、橙皮蜜餞、蘋果醋、洋蔥、梨、芥末、大蒜、1 茶匙鹽片和少許黑胡椒粉放入準備好的烤盤中,拌勻。
  3. 將混合物均勻鋪在烤盤上,放入烤箱中烤製,並每 2 至 3 次用烹飪汁塗抹,烤 20 到 25 分鐘,或直到香腸熟透為止。
  4. 完成後,撒上醃黃瓜和莳蘿作為裝飾。
  5. 搭配您喜愛的配菜一起享用。
