摩洛哥風味的蒜香薄荷香料烤羊排食譜

材料
製作說明
- 準備所有食材。
- 將羊排洗淨,瀝乾水分。
- 在一個大混合碗中,將香草、大蒜、檸檬汁、橄欖油和所有香料混合。加入羊排,充分拌勻,讓每塊肉都均勻裹上調味料。
- 蓋上碗蓋,將羊排放入冰箱冷藏醃製。為達最佳風味,建議醃製至少五到六小時,或隔夜更佳。
- 從冰箱取出羊排,靜置至室溫,同時預熱烤架。
- 在烤網或烤籃上輕刷一層油,以防止肉黏住。
