如何用檸檬黃油醬準備煎三文魚片?

2 x 優質新西蘭帝王鮭魚片(200 克)    

準備時間:10 分鐘 / 烹飪時間:15 分鐘 / 份量:2/4

原料:
2 x 優質新西蘭帝王鮭魚片(200 克)
鹽和胡椒
烹飪用橄欖油
1/2 杯或 110 毫升幹白葡萄酒
1/4 杯或 55 毫升重奶油或雙層奶油
1 x 鮮榨檸檬
1 x 蒜瓣切碎
2 x 茶匙黃油
1湯匙切碎的歐芹

指示:
1. 讓三文魚在室溫下靜置片刻,使其受熱均勻。
2.製作檸檬黃油醬。在一個小平底鍋中,用中火加熱一小滴橄欖。加入大蒜炒1分鐘。倒入葡萄酒和檸檬汁煮 4 分鐘,然後從火上移開,慢慢加入黃油和奶油攪拌至溶解,然後再加熱至煨。
3. 用紙巾擦乾三文魚的兩面,用鹽和胡椒調味。
在一個大的不粘鍋中用中高溫加熱橄欖油。
4. 加入三文魚,將它們帶皮煮約 4 分鐘,然後翻面煮透,再煮約 2-3 分鐘。
5. 將三文魚裝盤,淋上檸檬黃油醬,撒上歐芹。
