製作說明
- 預熱烤箱至425°F。在大鑄鐵鍋中加熱油。將牛排以鹽和黑胡椒調味。用中高火煎其中兩塊牛排,每面煎至上色,約5分鐘。取出放到盤中,重複煎另外兩塊牛排。將4塊牛排全部放回鍋中,放入烤箱中烘烤約8分鐘,直到溫度計插入牛排最厚處顯示125°F為五分熟。將牛排轉移至砧板上,靜置10分鐘。
- 倒掉鍋中多餘的油脂,只保留約3湯匙。加入大蒜,用中火翻炒至香味釋出,約30秒。加入剩下的材料,繼續翻炒,直到醬汁稍微收濃、變稠,約2分鐘。
- 將牛排逆紋切成薄片,淋上醬汁後上桌。搭配白飯享用。
