- 加入椰奶、高湯、小紅蔥、辣椒和萊姆葉,攪拌均勻。加入南瓜、燈籠椒、羅望子、魚露、糖和一小撮鹽,煮約20分鐘或至南瓜變軟。
- 加入魚片,小火煮約5分鐘或至魚肉呈不透明狀。
- 將一半菠菜放入4個溫熱的碗中,放上魚肉與蔬菜。撒上剩餘的菠菜,然後舀上醬汁。如需可搭配白飯食用。
