如何準備尖吻鱸?
材料:
茴香沙拉
- 2 顆小茴香球莖,用刨刀切薄片,浸泡在加酸的冰水中,保留嫩葉
製作說明:
- 將烤箱預熱至220°C。中大火加熱大鍋中的橄欖油,加入洋蔥、甜椒和大蒜,偶爾攪拌,煮至變軟(5-6分鐘)。加入白酒,燉煮至液體減半(1-2分鐘),然後加入番茄、百里香和番紅花,調味後燉煮至醬汁濃稠(2-3分鐘)。取出百里香枝。
- 在工作檯面上鋪上4張大張烘焙紙,將甜椒混合物均勻地舀到每張紙的中央。每份混合物上放上一塊魚柳,淋上橄欖油和檸檬汁,撒上檸檬皮屑,調味後將烘焙紙對折,將兩端折疊封口。將包裹放在烤盤上,烘烤至魚肉剛好熟透(12-15分鐘)。
- 同時,製作茴香沙拉,將瀝乾的茴香片放入碗中,加入其餘食材,調味後拌勻。將沙拉堆在魚柳上,搭配檸檬角一起食用。
