材料
- 4片鮭魚片
- 1/3杯蜂蜜
- 1/4杯醬油
- 2 湯匙檸檬汁
- 1茶匙紅辣椒片
- 3湯匙特級初榨橄欖油,分開使用
- 4片6盎司鮭魚片,用紙巾擦乾
- 猶太鹽
- 新鮮研磨黑胡椒
- 3瓣大蒜,切碎
- 1顆檸檬,切成圓片
製作說明
- 在一個中型碗中,將蜂蜜、醬油、檸檬汁和紅辣椒片攪拌均勻。
- 在大平底鍋中用中高火加熱兩湯匙油。當油熱但不冒煙時,將鮭魚片皮朝上放入鍋中,並用鹽和胡椒調味。將鮭魚煮至金黃色,大約6分鐘,然後翻面並加入剩餘的一湯匙油。
