如何準備香草檸香醃汁的豬頸肉排?

製作說明:
- 將烤盤加熱至高溫,讓它變得非常燙。
- 將豬頸肉排放在砧板上,並在每塊肉排上淋上一點橄欖油。撒上蒜末、切碎的鼠尾草葉、適量海鹽以及大量現磨黑胡椒。
- 將檸檬皮刨絲灑在肉排上,然後將檸檬對切,擠出其中一半的汁液淋在肉排上。
- 用手將醃料均勻搓揉進每塊肉排的兩面,確保每塊都均勻上油與調味。
- 將肉排放入燒熱的烤盤或平底鍋中(會產生一些煙,記得打開抽風機!)。
- 避免一次放太多塊肉,肉與肉之間應保持空隙,不能互相接觸。如果鍋子不夠大,請分批煎煮。
- 煎兩分鐘後翻面,之後每分鐘翻一次,直到總共煎 8 分鐘為止。
- 將另一半檸檬汁擠在煮熟的肉排上,讓它們在鍋中吱吱作響一下,然後用夾子將肉排夾出,放在盤子上靜置 1 分鐘再上桌。
- 搭配烤焗馬鈴薯角、新鮮綠色沙拉和辣椒醬享用,絕對美味!
