製作說明
- 預熱烤箱至 450ºF(約 230ºC),並將烤架放在烤箱下層。在一個小碗中,混合蒜末、迷迭香、百里香和 1 湯匙橄欖油,並用鹽和黑胡椒大量調味。將混合醬料均勻塗抹在整塊羊肉上。
- 在一個 9 x 13 吋的烤盤中,將馬鈴薯與剩餘的橄欖油拌勻,再加入更多的鹽和黑胡椒調味。將羊肉放在馬鈴薯上方,烘烤約 1 小時,直到羊肉內部溫度達到 145ºF(約 63ºC)。
- 烤好後靜置 15 分鐘,取下棉繩,將羊肉切片後即可上桌享用。
