Due to the bad weather conditions, our Cold Chain Delivery Partner SF Cold Chain service will be temporarily suspended until the signal is cancelled or the lower typhoon signal is replaced. According to these weather conditions for the day, customers will receive a notification via WhatsApp of the new arrangement when the conditions and weather Signals change.

When Black Rainstorm Warning Signal or Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above is lowered or cancelled
當黑色暴雨警告信號或八號或以上颱風信號降低或取消時，
If the signal is lowered or cancelled at or before 12:00 p.m., our delivery service will be resumed 2 hours after the signal is cancelled. However, some services may be delayed. Customers will receive a notification via WhatsApp notifying them of the new delivery arrangement.
如果信號於下午12:00或之前減弱或取消，我們將在信號取消後2小時內恢復送貨。 某些服務可能會延遲。 客戶稍後將通過 WhatsApp 收到有關安排嘅通知。
If the signal is lowered or cancelled after 2:00 p.m., our delivery service will remain suspended and will resume on the next working day. Customers will receive a notification via WhatsApp notifying them of the new delivery arrangement.
