We would like to draw your kind attention to the following when the Hong Kong Observatory raises the Black Rainstorm Warning Signal or Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above is issued
當黑色暴雨警告信號或八號或以上颱風信號發出時
Due to the bad weather conditions, our Cold Chain Delivery Partner HAVI (SF Cold Chain) service will be temporarily suspended until the signal is cancelled or lower typhoon signal is replaced. According to these weather conditions for the day, customers will receive a notification via WhatsApp notifying of the new arrangement when the conditions and weather Signals change.

當黑色暴雨警告信號或八號或以上颱風信號降低或取消時
If the signal is lowered or cancelled at or before 12:00 p.m., our delivery service will be resumed in 2 hours after the signal is cancelled. However some services may be delayed. Customers will receive a notification via WhatsApp notifying of the new delivery arrangement.
如果信號在下午12:00或之前降低或取消，我們將在信號取消後2小時內恢復送貨。某些服務可能會延遲。客戶稍後將通過 WhatsApp 收到有關安排的通知。
If the signal is lowered or cancelled after 2:00 p.m., our delivery service will remain suspended and will resume on the next working day. Customers will receive a notification via WhatsApp notifying of the new delivery arrangement.
若信號在下午2:00後減弱或取消，我們的外送服務將繼續暫停，並於下一個工作日恢復。客戶稍後將通過 WhatsApp 收到有關安排的通知。
