Based on our original restaurant recipe, these minis are packed with premium, wild-caught crab meat in a traditional base made with breadcrumbs, mayonnaise and Worcestershire sauce. Tangy mustard, zesty lemon and our exclusive blend of seafood seasonings add rich, Maryland-style flavour to these hand-crafted cakes.
Perfect as an appetiser paired with cocktail or tartar sauce, our minis can also be used to stuff fish, chicken and mushrooms – or served in tortilla wraps with chipotle mayo and cabbage slaw to give Taco Tuesday an easy upgrade!
