How To Prepare Bok Choy with Cantonese Roast Pork?
Ingredients:
2/3 cup Cantonese roast pork see recipe attached
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 1/3 lb baby bok choy
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp granulated garlic powder
Instructions:
Wash the bok choy well
Dice the Cantonese roast pork.
Heat oil add pork when heated throughout add bok choy. Stirring constantly.
When the bok choy is wilted let simmer 4 minutes serve immediately.
