BBQ Sea Bass Skewers Recipe

How To Prepare BBQ Sea Bass Skewers?

Ingredients:

  • 4 Sea Bass fillets
  • 2.67 garlic cloves
  • 1.33 large green chilli
  • 2.67 tbsp Cooking oil
  • 2.67 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 0.67 tsp carom powder
  • 1.33 tbsp Coriander Powder
  • 1.33 tsp Cumin Powder
  • 0.67 tsp Red chilli powder
  • Salt to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a blender, add garlic cloves, green chilli, oil & lemon juice. Blend it all together.
  2. Take a large bowl & add the fish cubes to it. Now, add the ingredients for the marinade such as the pre-blended mix, carom powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chilli powder & salt for taste. Combine everything well & set it aside for an hour.
  3. Insert the marinated fish cubes into the skewers. Then, place the skewers on the barbeque & grill it for 10 – 15 minutes. Once the fish cooks properly, take the skewer off the grid.
  4. Remove the fish cubes from the skewers, or you can place the skewers on a plate & garnish it with some coriander leaves. Serve it with mint chutney or any other dip of your choice.
