How To Prepare Hoki Bake With Tomato And Basil?

Ingredients:
- 6 Hoki fillets (skinless and boneless)
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Place the Hoki fillets in a baking dish and season with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, combine cherry tomatoes, minced garlic, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and basil leaves. Mix well.
- Spread the tomato and basil mixture evenly over the Hoki fillets.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top if desired.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve warm with a side of steamed vegetables or crusty bread.
