How To Prepare Hoki Crumbed Fillets With Carrot And Parsnip Mash?

Ingredients:

  • 6 Hoki classic crumbed fillets
  • 4 parsnips, peeled and diced
  • 3 carrots, peeled and diced
  • 3-4 tbs crème fraîche or butter
  • 1-2 tsp Horseradish Sauce

Instructions:

  1. Cook Hoki classic crumbed fillets following the directions on the packaging for your cooking method whilst preparing the simple carrot & parsnip mash.
  2. Boil the parsnip and carrot until soft. Drain well and mash with crème fraîche or butter, horseradish, salt and pepper.
  3. Serve with the Hoki Classic Crumbed Fillets.
