- Yellow Onion 1/2 Cup
- Celery 1/2 Cup
- Thyme 1/2 Tsp
- Soy Sauce 1/2 Tsp
- Wild Rice 1 Cup
- Chicken Broth 2 Cup
- Cod Fish 2 lb.
- Salt according to taste
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Lemon Pepper seasoning 1/2 tsp.
- Parsley 1 Tsp.
- Butter 4 tsp.
- Garlic Cloves into butter for taste
- Onion 1 cup
- Chopped Garlic 1 tsp.
- White cooking wine 2 tsp
- Lemon Juice 1 tsp
- Chicken Broth 1 cup
- Chicken Gravy Mix 3 tsp
- Cream 1/2 Cup
- Cook the rice for 30-35 minutes on medium flames.
- Marinate and Refrigerate for 30 min
- Put the butter on the pan and Garlic Cloves into butter for taste
- Add in Codfish and cook for 2-3 min both sides
- Add onion, chopped garlic, white cooking wine, lemon juice, chicken broth chicken gravy mix, cream into the butter.
- Cook for 2-3 min. Serve with a sprinkle of parsley.
