  • Yellow Onion 1/2 Cup
  • Celery 1/2 Cup
  • Thyme 1/2 Tsp
  • Soy Sauce 1/2 Tsp
  • Wild Rice 1 Cup
  • Chicken Broth 2 Cup

Cod Fish

  • Cod Fish 2 lb.
  • Lime
  • Salt according to taste
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Lemon Pepper seasoning 1/2 tsp.
  • Parsley 1 Tsp.
  • Butter 4 tsp.
  • Garlic Cloves into butter for taste


  • Onion 1 cup
  • Chopped Garlic 1 tsp.
  • White cooking wine 2 tsp
  • Lemon Juice 1 tsp
  • Chicken Broth 1 cup
  • Chicken Gravy Mix 3 tsp
  • Cream 1/2 Cup


  1. Cook the rice for 30-35 minutes on medium flames.
  2. Marinate and Refrigerate for 30 min
  3. Put the butter on the pan and Garlic Cloves into butter for taste
  4. Add in Codfish and cook for 2-3 min both sides
  5. Add onion, chopped garlic, white cooking wine, lemon juice, chicken broth chicken gravy mix, cream into the butter.
  6. Cook for 2-3 min. Serve with a sprinkle of parsley.
